Is250 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by is250. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the is250 platform, accessible via https://is250.net and its related mobile applications. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and is250 ("Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the is250 platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required under your local laws, whichever is higher.
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
  • Your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • You fully agree to these Terms and any updates made from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the is250 platform immediately.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To access the full features of the is250 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information such as your full name, phone number, valid email address, and any other requested details.
  • Keeping your account information accurate and updating it when necessary.
  • Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
  • Notifying is250 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. is250 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through its standard document verification process.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. is250 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to comply with the security obligations above.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the is250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in your own name. is250 does not accept third-party deposits.

Deposit

  • Deposits can be made through the available methods on the platform, including online banking via FPX, local e-wallets, and bank transfers.
  • All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by is250 and may vary depending on the payment method.
  • Is250 reserves the right to place a hold on deposit processing for security verification or compliance purposes.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the is250 account holder.
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take anywhere from one to several business days.
  • Is250 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or in circumstances deemed necessary.

Transaction Disputes

If you wish to dispute a transaction, you must contact is250 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed. is250's decision regarding transaction disputes is final, subject to a fair internal review process.

4. Platform Usage Rules

Is250 users agree to comply with all of the following usage rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure.

You prohibited from:

  • Using the is250 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
  • Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  • Creating fake accounts or providing false personal identification information.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means, including the misuse of multiple accounts.
  • Transferring or selling your account to another party.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Is250 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

Limitation of Liability

Is250 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond is250's control.
  • Loss of data or account information resulting from device failure or the user's internet connection.
  • Any financial decisions made based on information found on the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Is250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any part of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
  • Account closure requested by the user.
  • Compliance with directives from authorities or court orders.

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed in accordance with is250's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the required identity verification.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the is250 platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of is250 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without express written permission from is250.

Third-Party Links

The is250 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. is250 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

Is250 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to the competent courts of Malaysia.
